ID REQUIREMENT

You wouldn't let a stranger rent your home without documenting their identity and neither would we. We utilize the same Trust & Safety Standards that hotels require for guest check in:


  • Valid ID
  • Credit Card used to book


As we offer the convenience of self check-in, we require images of the booking guest’s ID and credit card to be submitted 3 days prior to arrival. Guest name, ID, and credit card details are required to match.


Image Requirements


  • ID (driver’s license/ military/ passport)- Front only
  • Credit Card- Both front and back


Images can be uploaded through the user account messaging system of the online travel agency used to book our property.


CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED PRIOR TO SUBMISSION & REVIEW.
